We clean every pair by hand. Machines damage the fabric and structure of shoes — especially branded ones. So we do it the slow way because keeping the shoe in good shape matters more than saving time.
UVC Light Sanitisation
Every pair goes into our UVC light box after cleaning. This isn't just for show — UVC light kills bacteria and protects against fungal infections. This is the step most thrift stores skip completely. Preloved shoes carry more than just wear marks, and we take that seriously.
Checked Again Before Packing
Before any order is packed, the pair gets one final check. Condition, cleanliness, everything. Only then does it get packed and dispatched to you.
