Easy Returns & Refunds for Unused Shoes

At Walkways, we are committed to customer satisfaction. We deliver 100% authentic branded shoes online, including Nike shoes in Karachi, Adidas shoes Pakistan, and premium sneakers. To ensure trust, we have a clear return and refund policy.

Return Conditions:

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
• Shoes must be unused and in original condition
• Photos of the shoes must be sent to our email or WhatsApp before approval

Return Process:

1. Take clear pictures of the shoes you want to return.
2. Send the images to Walkways via email or WhatsApp.
3. Our team will review the request and confirm if the return is accepted.
4. Once approved, our courier will collect the shoes from your location.

Return Charges: PKR 1000 (courier service).
Refund Time: After we receive and inspect the shoes, your payment will be refunded within 7 working days.

Important Notes:

• We do not accept returns for shoes that have been worn or damaged after delivery.
• Every returned shoe is inspected to ensure it matches our quality standards.
